All animations produced by Trades Digital are original creative works, protected by copyright in accordance with the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).

To protect the integrity of our work and ensure fair usage, we offer flexible licensing tiers. Each asset is licensed for a specific function, duration, and usage scope.

Every animation we create is supplied with creation rights only. Usage rights are licensed separately and must be purchased before any asset is published, shared, or used commercially. Licensing is structured under the tiers below and covers specific platforms, territories, and durations.
